Nikonos IV-A and Nikonos Speedlight SB101
Does anyone know anything about this gear (pros/cons) and what it's worth... if anything?
From what I've read, some folks still use this equipment, while others are avid collectors.

Just curious.
Cheers!

What you got there is your basic collectible. The Nikonos IV is generally considered a dog, lacking manual controls. Most pros preferred either the III or the V. The 101 is just ancient, slow recycling and low on power. Another dog!! Sorry to bring the bad news, but I can't imagine either is worth squat!

Well at least I now know more about the rig. Perhaps a collector will express some interest.
Thanks for the feedback!

Sorry to pile on, but the IV was also notorious for flooding through the door back. Ebay is full of IV's; you can get an idea of what they're going for there. -Clay

I'd say hang it on the wall as a decoration, but then you might have people thinking you actually USED one! ;)
OK, I promise not to make fun of you any more....

LOL... maybe it's worthy of a spot on one of the walls in my garage :D
I appreciate that Jonathan, but I won't hold my breath. :p
Cheers!
