If you have registered on this site but it still will not allow you to post, it is most likely because you never responded to the activation e-mail. When you register, you are not done with the process until you have received and responded to an activation e-mail sent to the e-mail address you used to register. I have recently been inundated with questions from new members asking for help in creating their account.
Look in your e-mail "filtered mail" box and find the activation e-mail from this site that your spam filter probably flagged, and respond to it. That's all you have to do.
So if you started an account here and never got an activation e-mail, THAT is why you cannot post.
