Ike DS-125 exposure chart

I just acquired some of these strobes. I have been using SB-104s for all my wide angle work.

Anyone willing to share their personal exposure chart as well as any tips on using these flashy things? I shoot 100% manual.

To make things even more difficult, I will be using manual controllers on each strobe. these little gizmos were the prime reason I finally broke down and entered the digital strobe age. having 10 settings will be quite nice.

I shoot with dual strobes mounted on 30" arms.

I have always found the manual exposure chart that comes with Ike's strobes to be right on the money.

The strobe didn't come with one? They come with them, unless you got it used and the previous owner never stuck it on. I would suggest just calling Ikelite up and asking them to send you one. I'm sure they will put a couple in an envelope and mail them to you. It's a sticker, sticks right on the side of the strobe. I can take a pic of mine and send it to you, but it's around the strobe....hard to photograph!

I did buy them second hand, Off the UW photo list a few weeks ago.

No worries, I am a Ikelite Dealer here on Guam. I will have them toss some in my next shipment.

The DS125s are nice but I do miss the wide coverage of the SB104s. I will still use them with the 10.5mm.
