I'm currently making the switch to digital, and I've settled on the D200. I was out last weekend with Jesse Cancelmo, and I noticed that he was using his D200 with a pair of old Ike 200 strobes. He ***ured me that he could get consistent exposures with the power settings on the strobes (and seeing a few of his pics, indeed, he can). As I currently only own 1 Ike 200 but several Ike 100's, I'm wondering if anyone has experience using analog Ike 100's (with their minimal power settings of either full or 1/2) with digital setups. -Clay

Clay,
I can't actually answer your question, but I was in the same spot as you. I sold my 100's on eBay and got around $150 each for them and bought 125's. They are awesome and if you use them with the Ike housing you get honest-to-goodness TTL! They also recycle faster and offer man more flashes per charge.
I kept my 200s for my one remaining film system but have no intention of using them on the digital system! (I am drooling over the new digital 200's though.)

Since you can adjust f-stop in 1/3 stop increments on the camera, you'll always be able to dial in exposure. The limited power settings may have you using an f-stop higher (diffractive softening) or lower (limited depth of field) than you'd like.
I would suggest blocking all wires in the sync circuit of whatever housing you are using other than trigger and ground to avoid compatibility issues.
