Under Quick Links there is now an option to view todays posts, is it possible to get also quick links for, say, posts from 2 days ago, three days ago, week ago etc. This would help those not checking the site every day.

Also at least with my firefox I stay logged in only for a quite short time. Could this time be made longer? It's frustrating if you go for example to make a cup of coffee and then you already need to log on again...

Just some thoughts how to make a great site a little better maybe...

oh, and while at it; why not a whole new forum for techinques how to take that 'once in a lifetime' shot (as already discussed in the earlier thread)?

I'm not sure how to adjust that, but I will check into it.

I'm not sure about Firefox, but on Safari, I check the button next to the log in on the site that says "Keep me logged in" and I never get logged out. I don't think I have logged in on this site for a couple months! I'm always logged in whenever I come to the site.

I don't want to have too many forums. I think you should start a thread like this in the gallery forum or whichever one seems most appropriate.

Did some research. the New posts function is any unread posts, there is no time period. If you go away for a week, you should have ALL new posts that you haven't read appear in your new posts link.
