Hi Everyone,
It's time to vote on your favorite image for the "behavior" contest. The finalists are (in no particular order):

1. Tarczy - Yawning Frogfish
2. Allison Finch - Swimming Mimic Octopus
3. Sorvju-F - Hawksbill Eating
4. dbh - Arrow crab with hatching eggs
5. Allison Finch - Mating octopuses!

Vote now so our winner can get a new Ikelite flashlight! Voting will be open for 2 weeks!

He is the winner of a brand new Ikelite PC light courtesy of Ikelite! (Hey Jukka, can I bring it to Yap with me or would you prefer I mail it to you?)

That 'Jukka Bird' gave me an idea. We have all seen the amazing underwater shots that have been posted here, but what kind of photos do you take topside?

I think it would be interesting to have a competition for just topside photos, nothing to do with diving (except maybe water, that is quite often a good subject topside too)!

I would like to see what kind of masterpieces you guys can take on land, or is it just family shots that you take?

That is a very good idea! We keep having ideas for photo contest themes and before we do them, we come up with another. I seem to recall there was something I had in mind for the next one already....but now I can't think of it. I'll either have to search for it, or we can do it later and do this one next.
