We may be small in number but some of us make a splash. I just picked up the September edition of Sport Diver, and there's Tim "The Rock" on page 30, and founder Jonathan Bird's manatee shot is on page 96. Jesse Cancelmo, one of my Houston-based buddies, also has a nice 2 page spread on page 86-87. Looking good, guys. -Clay

Haha, well I guess I'm sorta in it too from along time ago. And by that I mean you can see the green tape of my strobe arm in the corner of Jonathan's FIJI blue eel cover shot from a few years back. :D

BTW, Jonathan, do you still have any copies of that issue? I can't seem to find mine for the life of me.

Props to you guys- I'll have to pick up the new issue ASAP.!

Hey Clay....is Jesse on here yet? I haven't talked to him in a few years, but what a great guy. When we were in pre-production for my film about pelagic sharks a few years ago, we considered shooting at one of the oil platforms in the gulf. I called him out of the blue for advice and he spent a lot of time giving me the soup-to-nuts on shooting there. (Unfortunately, we decided that it was too risky to shoot there, so I never got to meet him.)

I just went and looked at it....I don't see any tape. Do you mean in the wide shot of the grouper in the story? I see a strobe arm there. MAN, I knew you were too close!
