A little overexposed, I think.
Try to reduce the strobe power (if you can)

I agree that it could be a tad larger in the frame (closer) and the exposure is a little hot, although it might be tweakable in photoshop. Is the original on film or digital?

Also I think you need to turn on your red-eye reduction! ;) Kidding!

The original is digital, shot in raw mode. Should be able to do something in Photoshop.
