Nikon has posted a firmware update for the D200. The update seems to cover only RAW image authentication and a wireless capability. I have no interest in wireless or (presumably) forensic or evidentiary photography, and I haven't updated my camera. Does anyone know more about the update? -Clay

Hmmm....haven't heard about it. Thanks for the heads up. I guess I'll check out nikon's site.

I have heard in the past that Nikon sometimes "hides" other fixes in these updates. I can't verify it on this one. It's free...on the chace that one is hidden, I did the upgrade.
YMMV,

I took the upgrade a little while ago and all seems to be ok.
