  • Bermuda?

Anyone been diving in Bermuda? We are working on a Blue World idea for shipwrecks in Bermuda, and wondering if anyone has any suggestions or tips.

    Thanks!

I think I need to check it out first!

It's a tricky destination because in the winter, it's not really tropical. In the summer, nobody wants to go to the "tropics" so their peak seasons are spring and fall, when it's warm there but colder up north. And because they are so close to the east coast, they do most of their marketing to Boston and New York areas. It's a 2 hour flight from Boston.

(Bermuda is on the latitude of South Carolina.)

Is there any reports about the wrecks/tris there?

There are TONS of wrecks. I'm just not sure how good they are for a Blue World story. That's what I'm trying to find out.

After some search machine work...diveable wrecks are rather old and coralized /not really looking like ships? Maybe there are something I did not find.

I've never been, but my brother goes there on business. It's ritzy, and I want to see you in Bermuda shorts, coat, and those crazy socks!
